How rental works
1. Free consultation. We look at the space and the plumbing, then recommend the model that suits your home or business. Every purifier needs an installation check before it goes in.
2. Professional installation. Our own technicians install the unit and connect it to your mains supply. Installation is a one-off fee, charged separately from the rental.
3. Ongoing servicing. Filter replacements are scheduled and carried out by our team, so your water stays consistent without you having to think about it.
What your rental covers
Your monthly rental covers the purifier and its scheduled filter replacements. Professional installation is a separate one-off fee, quoted during your consultation.
Rental runs on a fixed term. We'll take you through the details before anything is agreed, so you know exactly where you stand.
Our purifiers carry Australian WaterMark certification, and multi-stage filtration reduces sediment, chlorine and other impurities picked up between the treatment plant and your tap.
Four models available for rental
Ruhens WHP-3000 — our best seller, currently out of stock. A compact benchtop unit with five temperature presets and tankless direct flow, suited to most family kitchens.
Ruhens WHP-3300 — the narrowest front in the range at 16 cm wide, for kitchens where bench space is tight.
Ruhens WHP-3700 — a benchtop model with a 95°C boost. A favourite with cafés and small businesses, as well as households that get through a lot of tea and coffee.
Ruhens WHP-3900 — a floor-standing unit with large hot and cold tanks and continuous extraction for filling pots and bottles. Built for busy businesses and households.
The WHP-3110 and the Vitamin Shower Filter are available to purchase rather than rent.

Common questions
Are products only available as rental?
No. Every model available for rental can also be purchased outright. We'll go through both options during your consultation so you can choose whichever suits you.
What's included in the rental?
The purifier itself and scheduled filter replacements. Professional installation is a separate one-off fee, quoted for your situation.
Is the rental a fixed term?
Yes. Rental runs on a fixed term, billed monthly. We'll take you through the details before anything is agreed so you know exactly where you stand.
What happens when the filters need changing?
Filters are replaced every six months. We schedule it and come to you, and on a rental the replacements are included.
Do you rent to businesses as well as homes?
Yes. Businesses of all kinds — offices, cafés and other workplaces — are a large part of what we do, and the standing models in particular are built for high-demand settings.
